Pets at Home customers with VIP club cards can choose Selby as their local store (wherever in the UK you live!) and then can choose Cavy Corner (their “Charity of the Year”) as the recipient of their VIP Lifelines. Meaning you can help us to help needy guineas without it costing you a penny.

All you need to do is:

• Visit Pets At Home VIP Account Benefits and either sign up or log in.
• Scroll down to and click on ‘My Lifelines’
• Choose either the Doncaster (Thorne) or Pontefract store
• Choose ‘Cavy Corner Guinea Sanctuary’

Then next time you swipe your VIP card you will collect lifelines and Cavy Corner will benefit when you shop.

easyfundraising is another great way to raise money for Cavy Corner without costing you a penny!

• Visit easyfundraising and either log in or create a new account
• Go to ‘My Account’ (top right of the menu bar at the top of the page)
• Click on ‘Change the cause I support’
• Search for ‘Cavy Corner Guinea Sanctuary’
• Click on the button ‘Change to this cause’

To raise money, instead of going directly to the retailer website, log into easyfundraising first, and search for and click on the retailer you want to shop with. You’ll then be taken to the retailer’s website where you shop as you would normally but because you visited easyfundraising first, your cause gets a donation.

You can download the donation reminder too which is a useful tool to remind you to log in via easyfundraising before you shop.  This doesn’t always work for Amazon, eBay or Expedia though so you will need to remember to go through the website to ensure you raise a donation.
